    Again, completely moot. He was fine before being in their custody. AFter being in their custody, he had 80% of his spine severed and his larynx crushed.

    No justification.

    Lock 'em up.

    He died in police custody. The reasons for his injuries are unclear.

    The prosecutor has filed charges to placate the public and most of them will be dismissed.

    Gray would not have been arrested if he had not ran. His fault. But he still should not have died,. Unless his injuries can be proven to be self inflicted, the officers involved should be held responsible. But the ridiculous charges filed will not hold up.
