What are your thoughts about the Dallas Cowboys cutting Quincy Carter for failed drug testing?
Too strong? Too soon? A positive stand? How much will it set back their goals?

I wonder why they put up with all of the shenanigans back when Michael Irvin was playing for them but not for Quincy Carter?

    Ken,
That same thought crossed my mind when I read about Carter being cut. Maybe the difference in head coaches or that Irwin had starred with the Cowboys for a long time. If I remember there were quite a few more Cowboys of the Irwin era that liked their drugs.

There is no doubt how good Carter was as a QB had alot to do with the decision. Had he been all pro there would have been things done differently
