    A European Baptist relates the following true story....

    In Estonia I had a difficult meeting with a Russian commander. The conversation went like this:

    Russian: "There was a time when Russians learned from the English. The time has come for the English to learn from the Russians."

    Baptist: "I agree."

    Russian: "You agree? Why?"

    Baptist: "Because I am a Scottsman."
