What happend to the dinosaurs
I voted other. I believe the majority died during the flood, but not all. The leviathing and behemoth in Job were well after the flood. I beleive there are certain dinosaurs still alive today.
I know that the remains of some dinosaurs have been unearthed in the deserts of Alberta, Canada....When they got there, I haven't a clue. They could be the afteraffects of the deep freeze of some era. I can't attribute to Noah's flood cos I believe that was a localized flood.
They were killed by the astroid that struck the Yucatan, and its after effects on the climate.
I think the flood's after effects on the climate killed off most of them, but like rbell, I do believe that we have certain species still alive today.
AAck! Sorry, I wrote rbell instead of webdog. I'm so sorry! Ducking and running now. . .:saint:
Most during flood, rest in after flood conditions.
If I was one of Noah's sons I would have been thinking seriously of knocking off the T. Rex etc while they were still manageable size.......after taking care of the spiders and cockroaches of course....
You can't really tell each other apart either huh?
Ducking with you! :tonofbricks:
Anyway, I agree with you. I chose other, because I think the post flood conditions of the world were not conducive for their life.
I almost put "other", since many would have died during the flood, and those that came off the ark would have survived for a while, dying out in a few generations as the conditions had changed.
Also some survived for many generations, some even to this day.
The question is were they have been considered clean or unclean? If they were clean, then there would have been 7. If they were double clean. would there have been 14 on the ark?
Most died during the flood. Noah took some with him. After the flood most died due to various reasons but I believe it’s plausible that some may still exist.
Didn't you hear? They are all alive. They became stars in Hollywood....
I am of the opinion that, just as God created a fully grown man in Adam, he created a fully grown earth, complete with oceans, mountains, rivers, and fossils.
They're extinct. This is why...
Strange...I thought they all became moderators here!
Don't push it webdog..... even though you have a cute picture in your profile. Who is that on that picture anyway? Is it you, when you were a kid or is it one of your child?
according to the Far Side book I have, there were no dinosaurs.
"Dinosaur bones" were actually "chicken bones" discarded by giant alien picnickers.
Obviously these aliens were Baptist.
That little man with the funny hair is my 18 month old son. He gets his looks from his mother...brains and athletic ability from his daddy
