Is this not name calling Mr Moderator??? I will take God's word over anything anybody says,God said HIS WORD is not bound.Rom 3:4, just because a person did not go to a seminary or Bible college does not make him/her "ignorant".[/QB]</font>[/QUOTE]Okay, let's watch our inferences and state things a bit better, and you need to follow that as well Japtheh. Having said that, it is obvious that you do have a lack of knowledge and lack of factual information on this subject (which is classically defined "ignorance", not necessarily the modern connotation to the word). That's how it seemed from the context of Thomas's remarks. That's not name calling, that's just being honest. But like I said, let's all choose our words a little more wisely. And let's look at the facts and stand on them, not on myths and old tired bromides.

In USA anything published before 1923 is "Public Domain" and any copyright statement would be as worthless as your posts.

No, it is not. Ignorance is a state:

Ig·no·rance: 1. Lacking education or knowledge. 2. Showing or arising from a lack of education or knowledge. 3. Unaware or uninformed. American Heritage Dictionary.

You, by your own statement, made it clear that you are unaware or uninformed regarding the copyright on the KJV. Once you are aware and informed, you will no longer be ignorant. However, if, after being informed and made aware, you still make your false claim, you will no longer be merely ignorant, but willingly ignorant. 2 Peter 3:5 "For this they willingly are ignorant of, . . . "

There are many things I am ignorant of, that is, I am unaware and uninformed regarding them. For someone to point that out is not "name calling" but doing me a great service allowing me to become informed in an area in which I was previously ignorant.

And I have never seen Australia. But just because I personally haven't seen something, or you personally haven't seen something, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. [IMG]
