Does It Really Matter How We Translate..?

Does it really matter how we translate Revelation 4:6, 8 "Four living ones" or "Four living beasts?

The Greek actually says "Four living ones," τεσσαρα ζωα, not "Four living beasts.

So in Chp 13 we have θηριον for "beast," not what we find in 4:6, 8.
