Perhaps you heard that an Indiana State Senator from Fort Wayne has called for a US Constitutional Convention to curb federal powers to tax and regulate interstate commerce. What is interesting is that the Indiana House leader Rep. Brian Bosma thinks that he can pass the measure in the Indiana House. "There is a general consensus that the federal government has reached into the corners of the room that it has no business going into," Bosma noted. Clearly the feds have used interstate commerce as an excuse for doing whatever they please.
