Don't Play the Lottery for Me!

I think we're falling into a trap here with this class distinction thing - Jesus said "the Poor" we would have with us always.

There are some who think that all the poor need are special attention and special benefits and a few breaks and they will cease to be poor.

I don't see the Lottery as exploitation of the poor but rather as their fair shake in the gaming industry. They don't make the trip to the fancy Casinos because they can't afford it. But they can go to the local convenience store and buy a lottery ticket. Therefore the gaming industry in most states that condone it has something for all social classes and is thus fair in that sense.

This is a bizarre approach isn't it? Just goes to show you how different we all are.
