A while back I organized a Systema Russian Martial Art group to meet at our church. In order to keep things fresh so that we don't get tired of the same old things, I started to collect drills specifically geared toward Systema key principles. In Systema we talk a lot about what has come to be known as "the pillars of Systema" - movement, relaxation, form/posture, and breathing. The drills are geared toward those principles which are really pertinent to practically any sport. As I find new drills, I try to put them down into descriptions and post them at my Systema pages so that other groups can use them.
