We have the lists in Timothy/Titus. Where ELSE in the NT does it describe the qulifications or actual/implied work of an elder? Am trying to compile a list of XYZ that a man must do/reach for the body to consider laying hands on him and ordaining. For example - one of the job descriptions of an elder is "pastor/teacher" in Eph 4. This implies "shepherding" a flock AND being fully "educated" so he can teach them all things (as in Great Commission). Thanks.
