Oh I'm sure your right, they carry the name baptist, and thats all, and of course are allowed to post in baptist forums because of it, but their doctrines are not baptist, and in this case, not even biblical.

A believer still struggles with inbred sin nature, and will do so all his/her life. The difference is that the believer is empowered via indwelling of the Holy Spirit to take control of his/her sin nature instead of it controlling him/her. The believer will still, however, fail from time to time.

If I had known ahead of time that this poll was being used as a way to drag an argument from another thread somewhere else and criticize others behind their backs, I wouldn't have participated.

No one is critisizing anyone behind thier back. This is a simple examination of a doctrinal position. There are people on this board who believe you can lose your salvation, teach water baptism puts you into Christ and the eradication of the sinful nature. This is the forum for polls isn't it. I do not mean to offend you brother.

Since it is a public forum it's not behind anyones back. And the comments were here for you to read before you voted.

I would like to meet that 4% (as of my vote). They surely must walk on water.

One would think we've got a couple of methodists or Nazarenes here posing as baptists.
