Fires of Revival

    Our church has recently started receiving this publication entitled "Fires of Revival" it comes from Zachary, LA.

    Anyone know anything about it? Is it worthwhile?

    No it is not a magazine that reproduces Finney's stuff.

    This is a newspaper that comes out monthly or so, and it has different articles from pastors and evangelists around the country. My guess would be it is IFB related by some of the names in the paper, but I do not know that for sure.

    No...all of these guys are SBC Brother. It is a ministry of MIlldale Baptist Church and is evangelistic and Revivalistic. Bro. Manley Beasley use to be the director. Its good stuff.

    As a matter of fact, Bro Bill Britt who is in the magazine quite a bit is the president of the congress of Southern Baptist evangelists

    I was going to say that, too...I've seen articles from some of our Missouri Baptist Association of Evangelists.
