    Gentlemen,

As a pastor's wife, I have posted some polls in the Forum of Polls, under the title of For Men Only.

These are serious questions, as I want to get the male perspective, opinions and insights.

I ask that if you participate, please do so in soberness and seriousness.

    Thank you.
    DorthyMontine

Edited to add: How many ladies read this? Fes up!

Your questions seem to come from a certain bias and some the answers are too rigid.

Agreed. Far too biased. There wasn't much room in the polls.

    Biased... how so?

I find that rather hurmorous. In the polls men are given the chance to make a choice...and they can't! (Just teasing.)

    Seriously, how so?

The implicit message we get from the polls is this:

    Your choices:

    1) Agree with me.
    2) Be wrong.

Not at all. I sure didn't mean it to come across that way. I'm sorry if I did. I could have elablorated more in the questions, but, men usually don't like a lot of gab and prefer you just get to the point. So, I tried to keep the questions short!

You are welcome to add comments and please do. They will be taken into serious consideration. Fair enough? Okay!

The polls weren't too bad. A couple of them needed a "None of the above" answer, but I made do.

    Re: Men only

Dorothy I am not sure this will help or hinder?

"Does the way a woman dresses affect your level of respect for her?"

If you mean by your post will it affect the way I treat her the answer would be no, I will be polite either way?

If you are asking would I consider her less of a woman because of her dress again the answer would be no?

But if you are asking if it would cause me to avoid talking to her in a casual way for any length of time the answer would be yes?

If you are asking would I consider her something other than a lady that could not be determined by her clothing but by her entire demeanor including speech, behavior, attitude, intelligence and of course her dress.

Men may be attracted by a woman but it takes more than looks and dress to attract a man to a woman.

You are right men are black and white therefore you need to spell everything out for us. :tongue3:

What kind of people are we if we don't respect others? The respect we give or don't give reflects on us and who we are.
