I am now the proud owner of a new Geneva Bible. It was relatively inexpensive. I look forward to reading it. Any ideas about this translation? My regular study Bible is a Dake annotated KJV.

    Congradulation!

    I have a free three-barrel Bible (from e-sword):

    1. Geneva Bible
    2. KJV 1769 Edition with Strong's numbers
    3. KJV1611 Edition

    Rom 10:9 (Geneva Bible):
For if thou shalt confesse with thy mouth
the Lord Iesus, and shalt beleeue in thine heart,
that God raised him vp from the dead,
    thou shalt be saued:

Although not the immediate forerunner of the KJV, the Geneva Bible was one of several English Bible translations used prior to the publication of the KJV.
