I'm kind of curious how the other side of the story reads. There are always two sides. It does sound like they are allowing their people to hurt while they profit from the relief effort.
You hear the 'other side' every single day in the media. This is the side we don't hear.
This is an issue that makes my blood boil. I am not a hyper-Israel supporter. I am not even sure that the political state founded in 1948 can lay claim to 'God's chosen people.' But I a sick of the one sided reporting.
This is what we typically hear:
"Israel today announced that she will not honour the cease fire agreement. (following by a plethora of verbal attacks and slanted fact) and then late in the report od news story. 'Hamas also continues to fire rockets into southern Israel.'
All the Hamas has to do to have Israel stop is to STOP firing rockets.....what part of that don't they understand.
They fully understand. This is a PR war and Hamas is trying to gain sympathy to the point that Israel is further condemned or spurs military action by other states against Israel.
