    Hi,

    I'm Susanna and I joined the forum recently. I am 16 and I was saved in January this year after becoming convicted of my sin. I was brought up in and currently attend a Gospel Standard Baptist church in London.
    I would like to grow in grace and learn more about the Bible.

    Begin on page one and read through as quickly as possible in order to get the general ideal of it, asking Him along the way for light, that's an excellent way to begin.

    In November I began reading the Bible through from Genesis and I am currently on 1 Kings. Despite being brought up going to chapel and Sunday School I have discovered that there is so much I didn't know about the Bible and God has helped me to understand his word a little more.

    Susanna,welcome here.

    Do you happen to know B.A. Ramsbottom? He's favorite Christian author of mine.

    I wish you well on your Bible reading plan. You made it through some hard plces in Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. Congrats.

    I know of Mr Ramsbottom and I know his grandchildren. I agree he is a great author and I have found many of his books very informative and enjoyable. His preaching is also very good.

    Hi, welcome! I have three children your age, William who is 18 and Kirstie, who is 17, and Stanley, 15....I will pray for you, as I pray for my own children, that you grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ...reading through the Bible is a great way to start!!
