    Hi folks

Here is a place to share a link to a web page about a historic Baptist Church or to present a short sketch about one.

Since I started the thread, I should kick it off I suppose.

Here is a link to the web site of Sandy Creek Church and Elder Shubal Stearns.

Another historic Baptist Church (Boone's Creek Baptist Church, Lexington, Kentucky) has some information at this URL: http://www.uky.edu/LCC/HIS/sites/boonebap.html

Still another one is Pilgrim Primitive Baptist Church of Texas. The URL is: http://www.primitivebaptist.org/writers/parker_d/nmbm-articles.asp

Here is yet another one, the First Baptist Church of Burlington, VT:

Thank you for the opening, Brother Weaver! You will find a brief history of my home church, Fork Union Baptist Church, at http://members.truepath.com/fubc/entrypage.html . The church was constituted in 1798 with direct ties to Elijah Craig . I hope that's old enough. - Clint :D
