Being inspired by the Holy Spirit, whatever Paul stated was same as if Jesus said iit Himself!

What contridiction though? Pal was just saying that Jesus never addressed the problem, but God was now thru him addressing it now!

I see Jesus addressing this in Matthew. I believe the whole bible, not ignoring any scripture.

Do you agree that whatever Pal stated s his opinion was same as if Jesus stated iit?
When Paul said the Lord did not state something, but his opinion was this, and He had the mind of the Lord in this issue!

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her26 to make her holy, cleansing[a] her by the washingwith water through the word,27 and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.

The husband has much more responsibility laid on him than does the wife. The Bible is pretty clear.

I believe Paul to be a smart man and knew that he was an imperfect man. In fact, he stated this many times. Jesus is my Lord and Paul is a fellow believer who by the Grace of God we will both meet in Heaven.

Do you agree that Paul was inspired, and never spoke/wrote any errors in doctrine?

I believe Jesus was the only perfect man to ever live on this earth. If someone says something that contradicts what Jesus said then they are the ones that are in error.

Are Paul's words equally authoritative as Christ's?

A simple yes or no will suffice.

You do realize that the Apostles wrote the NT (via the Spirit....or vice versa), to include Jesus' words.....and if you reject their words as Scripture then you reject the NT....right?

So are you saying that there are contradictions in the Scriptures? Specifically between Paul and Jesus?

When did Paul and Jesus contridict then? Do you think the NT books are all inspired and with same authority as Jesus, or not?

It is not uncommon for people to assume an almost "Paul vs Jesus" type of mentality (which is extraordinarily unbiblical). I don't know if he thinks this way.

He does say that Paul was wrong at times, that his opinions were just that, and not inspired by/from God!

If so, and excluding where Paul presents his words as opinion, he denies God's own words.

He seems to think that only Jesus ever spoke always the truth...

    Hey John,

I certainly do not want to misrepresent or misunderstand what you are saying here.If you don’t mind, will you please clarify for us your view of Scripture. Do you believe only those words that the authors of the four gospels recorded as being spoken by Christ are true Scripture, or do you believe that all of the words the Apostles recorded as being of God are Scripture (e.g., do you reject the Pauline epistles, Hebrews, the letters of Peter, James, and John as true Scripture….or perhaps that they lack the authority of Scripture)?

    Thanks.

Think he refers to when paul would state that he had no clear direction from Jesus, Lord never addressed that issue, but this was hisown opinion on it. The Holy Spirit inspired his opinion though to be correct though whever he gave his "own opinion" for he said had themind of God when making it.
