    So if this sheep is %15 human. Are the scientists guilty of detaining %15 percent of a human in captivity. Does the sheuman have civil rights. If they kill the sheuman is it murder.

    Maybe they get %15 of a life sentence in prison, like 15 years. Or %15 of the death penalty, like they cut an arm off.

    Would eating them be a form of canniblism?
    I dont usually trust anything that comes from a UK newspaper. It seems like all their newspapers are like the National Enquirer. You see alot of news that you dont see anywhere else and I get suspicious.

    I would ask if Congress plans to ram through legislation banning it.

    But that would be a bad pun, so I won't say that.

    If the sheep had 15% of a human brain, and....

    human beings only use 15% of their brain capacity....

    does that mean the sheep will be at least as smart as we are?
