For broccoli casserole. I love a really good broccoli casserole, and have never found the perfect recipe. I ate a little at church Sunday and though I had to start my search for the perfect recipe again. I don't know but a few people at the new church or I would have asked around to see who made it and get her recipe, it was perfect. So please share your recipes!

Using a 9x14 casserole dish, add the following ingredients:

    1/2 stick of margarine
3 oz of spaghetti (broken and uncooked)
1 can of cream of potato soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
    1/2 bag of frozen broccoli
mix in a little shredded cheese (not on top as it burns otherwise)
    1 soup can of milk
    Salt and Pepper to taste.

    Mix thoroughly

Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

Best casserole I have tasted yet.

Donna, we like all three of these.

    BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE

    2-10 oz. pgks frozen broccoli-chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    ¼ cup water
2 cups (8oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
    ¼ cup onion-chopped
½ cup skim milk (or 2%)
    1 cup Minute Rice

Cook broccoli and onion for 5 min., drain. Mix soup, milk, water, and cheese, stir in uncooked rice. Drain broccoli mixture.

Mix all together, place in 2 qt baking dish and bake @ 350º for 45 minutes...stirring once.

CROCK POT EGG AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

1 sm carton of sm curd cottage cheese
    1-10 oz frozen pkg broccoli
    1/3 cup flour
    3 TBLS onions-minced
    6 eggs-beaten
    2 cups shredded cheese
    ¼ cup oleo-melted
    ½ tsp salt

In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Pour into a greased crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Stir. Reduce to low, cover and cook 2-3 hours longer or until the eggs are set. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.

GTG take DH to oral surgeon, will post other broccoli casserole when I get back.

I'm a member of a recipe sharing community online - RECIPEZAAR which has absolutely some of THE BEST recipes I've ever tasted. The great thing about it is you can pick and choose and get loads of feedback from others who've tried same and given a thumbs up/down or tweaked for their own preferences. You don't have to be a member to join (just if you want to make your own notes/changes to the recipes) and I've found it really invaluable when meal planning for the week. Hope this helps you out if you're looking for standards as well as that 'something a little different'.
