Things to Come by J Dwight Pentecost would be a must for Eschatology.

The only book left to study would be the Bible. If no seminaries/Bible Colleges existed, no one would be trained to write the volumes you request. [IMG]

Assuming your world had computers, I'd suggest Esword from http://www.e-sword.net

    Theology:
    Chafer's Systematic Theology
    Strong's Systematic Theology
Cambron's Systematic Theology if you can find it.

    Counseling:
    The Bible

    Bible Study:
Good Bible Study Methods book (Don't know what is available these days.)
    Barnes Notes

I'd add a good book on logic.

No Seminaries, No books, Ha. There'd still be authors with something to say and publishers who'd pay them and sell the books.
