I'm not sure I'm understanding that...in churches with large congregations, the majority are unbelievers? How does that square with the early church in Acts (numbering in the thousands)?

Righto.....SURELY...there's a Scripture that supports this...

And "broad is the way..." isn't one of them. That doesn't refer to church size.
