    Looks like the right thing to do to me. A curiosity on my part: Does Abbas not have a military or security force that he could dispatch to fight the terrorists amongst them? If not, perhaps the next step needs to be the Israeli Army recruiting and training the Palestinians to take care of their own security issues, instead of asking the terrorists to pretty please stop the violence. What say you?

    I think it is a lack of will on the part of Abbas to stick his neck out - literally.

    Does he have a military or security force? He is going to have to stick out his neck, or else he cannot be a partner for peace with Israel.

    I don't know if he has a military but I think there is a police force.

    There is at least a start. Abbas needs to bring in some help, and have the military force, along with outside help from those who are partners in peace to disarm the terrorists. This must happen if there is to be any hope of peace over there.
