Have you listened to their music and/or followed their ministry? Your thoughts?

I have watched a few of their song videos on Youtube...I don't have a problem with them. I would probably enjoy listening to them while driving or doing physical labor of some kind.

However, I don't really find their music to be very "congregational." I think they see themselves as something of a "worship Band." But unless one is used to a charismatic style of worship marked by spontaneous short phrases and/or words inserted between and at the end of songs, they will have a very hard time singing along. And even the main melodies are often not very singable to a normal person. IF you compare one of their songs to something like "Shout to the Lord," or "here I am to worship", I think you would find much more unpredictable rhythms and melodic lines.

I don't really know anything about their theology, but I'm assuming they are somewhat charismatic by their style of extended repetitive endings of songs.

Their theology is charismatic. The band came out of youth group's leadership of Bethel Church in Redding, Cali, they were an Assembly of God church but has since left. The church is also pretty involved in the whole Word of Faith movement stuff as well.

They do have some stuff that can be more congregational than others, but overall I do feel as their stuff is more concert like. At our church I believe we've done one or two of their songs, though if I recall correctly we ended up changing a couple words on one of the songs.
