If you haven't - reboot. While it is shut down make sure it is plugged in correctly in the back. If that is okay, try another keyboard. Then again if you really meant your spelling, just talk lots more

Well, I rebooted, then couldn't get back on because one of the 'missing' keys is in my password. LOL

I just bought another keyboard. Good thing they're not expensive. I would still like to know what made it do that.

I cleaned it good last week, so I know it's not dirt...

Dirt sometimes gets under the keys. Did you remove the keys and clean under them? or just around them.

I bought me a wireless washable keyboard. No way for dirt to get inside the keys. Quite inexpensive...19.95

Did you use hot or cold water when you cleaned it?

I'd guess there is a loose wire on one end or the other. Did you unplug it to clean it? If so take a look at the pins on the connector, one might be bent over.

To bad you aren't closer, I found a keyboard I really liked and my wife wanted it so I needed one for me  Went searching on ebay and someone had ten of them and I bought them for ten dollars

Still have some in the garage.

A really good keyboard is hard to find. I have gotten used to the keyboard I am using, a Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboard. At first I didn't care for it, but I really like it now. My next step will probably be an even more curved or even split keyboard. That'll be harder to game with, but I'll survive.

I bought an HP wireless keyboard and mouse and I love it!

I had two old keyboards and four mice that I gave away on Freecycle to someone who builds/fixes computers and gives them to folks who can't afford them.

    I have one question: Y?

I have a keyboard with issues....I hit CTRL+ALT several times, and it "resets."

I'm thinking of cleaning my computer. If I use the delicate setting maybe the problems will come out in the spin cycle.

I had a problem with a key a few weeks ago. Turns out it was part of a Dorito. LOL!! Guess no more eating at the computer.

Get ya a keyboard like mine. When it gets crumbs on it, or a coffee or chocolate spill, I just carry it to the kitchen and wash it thouroughly under running water. It is completely waterproof!
