The very fact that you would post this shows you haven't bothered enough to view the video link I posted, because this question was answered in it by the attorney, Mr. Berg. If you won't even view the video, why should we bother to take anything you post seriously?

Answer: McCain was very forthcoming in producing not only his Original Birth Certificate but also his medical records. Obama has produced neither.

The link I referred to was the one where she said "My husband was born in Hawaii...' but it was trying to prove he is not a citizen because he was adopted. Adoption does not take away natural born citizen status.

In case you have not noticed there is no such thing as a completely unbiased source when it come to politics. The sign of an enlightened individual is that one is willing to, can, and does read information from both sides of the political spectrum and then makes up his mind where he stands. However, it is completely closed minded on your part to even consider reading the information presented just because you believe it is "from the other side." It is funny how liberals are always accusing conservatives of being closed minded, but it is generally liberals who refuse to even consider reading information "from the other side.":tonofbricks:

 

This news flash must have come from "Fair and Balanced" FOX News. This was referring to Obama's WIFE not his mother.

Was Michelle Obama present at BHO's birth and old enough to have a memory of the event. I don't think so. However, simply providing the official birth documentation to the court in PA would bring a swift end to the whole question. Why will BHO not do so?

By the way, couldn't the PA Judge simply subpoena the birth records directly from the state and be done with this?

Yeh, well, I did a little fact checking on my own on Google. Seems PolitiFact is owned by the St. Petersburg Times which endorsed Barack Obama for President. There wouldn't be a "conflict of interest" would there? :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

 

Using your logic then Fox news should not report anything positive about McCain since they endorsed him. If they do, again using your logic, they are guilty of conflict of interest.

Can you prove Fox News has officially endorse McCain? The Internet seems to be silent about it. So unless you can prove it by linking to an official source, what you have posted is not true.

The St Pete Times has officially endorsed John Kerry and Al Gore in past elections.

I don't believe you are correct on this. I don't think the laws of Indonesia on dual citizenship would take away Obama's citizenship as a child (if he were born in the U.S.)

From an already cited article:

If Obama was a citizen at birth, he could rightfully maintain his citizenship regardless of what his parents did. Only he could taken steps as an adult to abandon his citizenship and he obviously has not done that.

I am, however, still interested in seeing the origional birth certificate and establishing that he was born in Hawaii and not Kenya. That appears to me to be a far more important issue.

Have to say I'm dissapointed in Snopes. They clearly have based their "determination" on heresay and no facts. They never witnessed the original certificate, yet they say the copy is genuine. How in the world do they know?

From the LA Times copy...where are the signatures, site of birth, and those who attended the birth?
