Maddux 5-0 For First Time in Career

    40 year old Greg Maddux has looked unbelieveable this year going 5-0 for the first time in his brilliant career. He can spot pitches and make the ball move as well as anyone I have ever seen pitch.

    I agree, and I am glad the Cubs have done fairly well so far, they are in a tough divison though with Huston and St. Louis.

    After last season I thought Maddux was close to being finished, but he is pitching like the Maddux of the early to mid 90's.

    My favorite pitcher on my favorite team... Let's hope he can keep it up and keep the Cubs in the race until we get back Miller, Wood, Prior, and Lee.
