I don't use Medi-Share, but I use something similar - Christian Healthcare ministries (www.chministries.org/). I've only had opportunity to file a "claim" a few times, but it all worked just like they said it would. I'd definitely recommend them.

I use Medi-Share and have had no problems. I paid the first $1000.00 for a trip to the Emergency Room and they took care of the rest with no issues.

Wanted to revive this thread. Considering medi share and christian healthcare ministries. Any cons or pros with either? Thoughts on going this route both good and bad?

I was going to look into this. I need either most of my prescription costs covered every month ($400 or so) or I need no prescription coverage outside of emergencies because I am low income and can qualify for prescription assistance from drug companies. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
