I was just wondering if any of our pastors here have ever preached a message from this great chapter. I know that the message is spoken to Israel, at the time, but the message I get is how much God wants to forgive. Seems like he is begging us to let him forgive us.

"...because he delighteth in mercy". (verse 19)
