Good work, it is always better to produce your own fuel and support your own farmers rather than bringing in fossil fuel imports.

    - Minnesota on Thursday enacted a law requiring the state's diesel fuel to be comprised of 2 percent biodiesel, part of a drive in the United States and elsewhere in the world to encourage the use of "green" fuel.

If it was economical the diesel users would have already switched.

With rising fuel prices, the definition of economical has changed.

YAY! Take that you MIDEASTERN OIL MONGERS!

Biodiesel in the Seattle area two years ago was the same price as reg diesel. If you gotta buy it anyway, why not go for the stuff that doesnt perpetuate war?

And helps domestic farmers and our own economy!

As the technology improves, biodiesel should become more economical. There may also be economy of scale as more companies, governments & people sign on.
