What songs/hymns did you sing this past Sunday at church?

    Great and Mighty
    To God Be the Glory

Then it was turned over to the singing group for the rest of the service. There was no preaching because the pastor isn't well. He's functioning on just 22% of his heart. I wouldn't have thought that was possible.

Didn't know that was possible either.

    Our worship songs were:
    Forever
    God of Wonders
    Depth of Mercy

The song of response (after the sermon) was You're Worthy of My Praise.

I was in the nursery Sunday during the songs portion of both services. So, I don't recall.

But, Friday night when I went, we sang HE REIGNS and to others that rocked, but I can't remember their names.

We did an international Sunday, inviting our Brazilian and Chin congregations to meet with our multicultural but English-speaking church. So we sang, "All Hail the Power of Jesus' Name" and at the end, "We Are God's People", which is set to the theme from Brahms' 1st Symphony. Loved it!

The doctors told him that 78% of his heart isn't working. Only the grace of God is keeping him alive. He has had several heart attacks.

My grandmother had a heart attack and 90% of her heart died from that. She lived 8 days in ICU - coherant and able to spend time with her family. It was a blessed death - we knew she couldn't survive and we had time to minister to her and say goodbye.

My prayers are with your pastor!
