    I cann't sleep and I need to be up in a couple of hours

    It has been like this for 2 to 3 weeks now

    Any suggestions w/out getting into a heated depression debate LOL

    Get a physical exam. If everyting is okay then exercise hard and you will be so tired that you will sleep well.

    Yesterday I worked in my yard for one hour digging up some dirt and then played tennis for 2.5 hours. Slept so well that the thunder did not awaken me.

    Kava Kava tea or Kava Kava pills. All natural, located in a health food store.

    I also sleep outside under the stars, weather permitting...:sleep: :flower:

    Actually, DeaconDean is a third shift worker and is on the 'puter @ work in between times of working.
