    On 9/11/9 Rome was defeated by Germany in the battle of Teutoberg Forrest. The battle began on 9/9/9 and ended 9/11/9. Caesar Augustus lost three legions. That battle assured that Germany would never be subjugated by Rome.


    Also, Waterloo was fought two hundred years ago (June 18, 1815). The defeat of Napoleon at Waterloo assured that England never fell under the despotism of the French megalomaniac dictator Napoleon.
