I don't see any problem with the HCSB translation.

sorry, posted the complete Jewish Bible instead of the HSCB. Blind eyes do err from time to time, but it still remains, we have not the right, we deserve hell. We were given power to become, not the right to become.

agrees with the KJV1769:

And the Geneva Bible is interesting.

Let us consider the commandment of God:

shal euery word be established.

Thus is behoves us to use 2 or 3 Bibles
at minimum to find the truth of a scripture.

Ed, the Geneva rendering is interesting. . . to say the least.

Since the Geneva came to America on the Mayflower and was considered "the" Bible for the protestant movement, then it is surprising that someone has not made a republication as they have with the King James version one (1611 edition).
