But it wasn't written by PP. It was written by conservatives who could care less about evidence. The DNA evidence is there whether the fetus is alive or not. There is no destruction of evidence.

And, no I am not in favor of abortion.

    Of course you are.

You never support any effort to curtail it and support every effort Obama makes to make it even more accessible.

Then call it a child and not a "fetus". You have no credibility on this issue.

A New Mexico state legislator is under fire for a proposal critics say could lead to felony charges against rape victims seeking an abortion, but the legislator maintains the measure is being misrepresented.

Rep. Cathrynn Brown, a Republican from Carlsbad, said Thursday she will revise the bill, which she said was intended to target perpetrators of rape or incest who try to cover their tracks by forcing their victims to have abortions.

The bill's language states that the crime "shall include procuring or facilitating an abortion, or compelling or coercing another to obtain an abortion of a fetus that is the result of criminal sexual penetration or incest with the intent to destroy evidence of the crime."

Although the clause regarding intent would seem to preclude rape victims from being charged, several critics read the bill as possibly including them. Brown said she will clarify the language to remove any ambiguity.

Ref. the DNA is there regardless of what you call the child.

By the way, I guess you do not know the definition of fetus.

But I understand you simply like to try to cause trouble.

    Have a blessed weekend.

No sir. The word fetus dehumanizes the child. It is used to sooth the conscience of those who support abortion in one way or another.

Just what I thought, you do not know the meaning of the word and it has been used since around 1350 or so. Here:

Whoa, what a red herring. Medical terminology was so advanced in the OT and NT times.

Just what I thought, you do not care about the current context and only make poor excuses rather than just admit the truth. And my point still stands. It is a dehumanizing term to sooth the conscience of those who support the slaughter of unborn children in some form or another.

    Nice dodge.

Does God consider it a child, or a fetus, according to scripture? Forget about your atheist heros for a second. Try expanding your mind.

And I already know you won't answer it, at least not directly.

What I would like to know from crabby is he against abortion no matter what or what kind of circumstances does he support abortion?

The phrase "I do not support abortion" is far to vague for liberals. It could mean any number of things.
