    Conservative media analyst Brian Fitzpatick says the mainstream press has engaged in "adulatory worship" of Democratic presidential frontrunner Barack Obama, heaping praise on the first-term Illinois senator rather than scrutinizing his record and policy positions.

    I am aware of Obama's record and policy positions and I praise him as well, at least as compared to McCain and Clinton, so just because Mr. Fitzpatrick doesn't support Obama doesn't mean that anyone is engaging in, Mr. Fitzpatrick's pejorative phrase, "adulatory worship".
