He has never been so narcissistic as to say, "I can't remember making a mistake."

You clearly have no understanding of pathological narcissism.

I served in Viet Nam. Saw too many men die and never saw a President who cared enough to visit where the bodies of heroes came in. President Obama is commander in chief. He performed the proper and right leadership function. If he's going to order men to serve, he ought to see and meet with the families.

He did what was right. I appreciate what he did.

If that IS the case then I expect him to go to Dover EVERY TIME a body arrives, not just when it is politically expedient. Photog or no.

It is instructive that there were 18 bodies onboard the plane and only 1 family would allow photographs or filming.

I am not a supporter of the president in any way. But most families do not want the news media to take pictures of them when they are receiving the bodies of their sons killed in action. This is a private time. So no matter how many families allowed the pictures to be taken by the vulture press, it was not necessarily a reflection on how they felt about the President.

No, but it is a reflection on how they feel about the process that anti war wackos have complained about being too private for so many years.

"Obama profanes fallen soldiers" would be more accurate.

This tyrannical usurper hates the Constitution, which the soldiers swore to defend. He hates the nation for which they fought. He hates liberty. He cannot honor. His very presence profanes their sacrifices.

    Photo op.

If it wasn't, he could have told the press to take no pictures of him.

Instead , his handlers pestered 18 greiving families to allow photos. Only one said yes. But that's all they needed to get their photos.

And if Obama had never gone to Dover, as Bush did not, you would criticize him for being heartless.

Bush you mean? After all he did not visit Dover at all. He did visit with families and used them as photo ops.

Not if he met privately with the families and had no photos taken.

That would be one of the very few decent acts of his entire administration.

Will you criticize Bush for holding photo ops with family member of fallen soldiers?

Sorry, but he did. He met privately with families and used them as photo ops. I remember seeing them on the nightly news numerous times.
