    I'm not holding my breath waiting on apologies from the politicians.

    FTC sees no illegal gas price manipulation

    An investigation by U.S. antitrust authorities found no evidence that oil companies illegally manipulated gasoline prices or constrained oil refining operations last year, the Federal Trade Commission said on Monday.

    Guys,

    It was a done deal before the ink was dry on the request...

    Why whip a dead horse...

    No matter how squeeky clean the Oil Companies are or Are Not...

    No one is going to believe such an investigation is going to be either thorough or truthful...

    There is simply too much money involved...

    Too much at stake...

    And, with all that money, they don't have to bribe anyone...

    They can afford all the 'New Math Bookkeeping', and security measures to make all the under the table deals they want...

    It's the nature of the beast.

    They need better PR firms...

    Their message just ain't getting out or believed...
