    New York has bigger problems than whether someone is smoking a cigarette outdoors.

    Good thing we licked that trans-fat crisis. We'll have the healthiest 9% unemployed in the country, happily married gays and not enough ammo to shoot a beer bottle off a fence post.

    Why would we need health insurance when the government is doing such an excellent job of taking care of us for our own good? :rolleyes:
