    Regardless of whether this report is accurate or not, I pity the president and the Congress that dares to tell the American people that they have to give up their cars and independence in traveling.

    World oil production has already peaked and will fall by half as soon as 2030,

    I remember in the late 60's early 70's that in the year 2000 we would live like the jetsons. We would be driving fling cars and have robot maids. I do not put to much stock in there predictions we may have a new fuel by then. The major difference in now and the 70's is communication. The e-net, cell phones and TV.
