    I have been working as a youth leader in our church for about 3 years, last night a friend called me a said there church is looking for a youth minister he told them about me and they would like to talk with me about the job. I am excited and scared at the same time. Please pray

    I am praying for you.
    I would suggest you remember that this is not a job, it is a ministry. Ask many questions, pray, talk to the youth of the other church, pray, talk to the pastor to be sure you have the same objectives for the youth, pray, talk to mature christian friends who are not connected with either church, pray. Oh yes, did I mention prayer?
