Preacher comes out in support of gay marriage!

Whoa! Who would think a "preacher" who is tattooed and pierced would ever support gay-marriage?

    He's wrong of course.

I don't think having a tattoo and supporting homosexuality have anything to do with one another.

(my post is not to be taken as a support of homosexuality, however)

    Well he's "open-minded."

He's tattooed, not just one. He also has his lip and ears pierced.

Also, he is preaching his own doctrine.

    Here's another video.

His doctrine is off, that is for sure, but what does that have to do with him having Tattos and Piercings?

Please connect the dots for me...

I knew certain members here would focus on that.

Marking and piercing the body is wrong and something the pagans would have done.

Pagans also shaved their beards when Jewish men didn't.

A preacher that supports gay marriage has serious problems. No doubt.

But a preacher that sports a tattoo....that has nothing to do with his support of homosexuality.

I'm not going to look at someone with a tatoo and declare them to be in rebellion. That's not my call.

Hey, you're the one who made the association.

So, is a woman getting her ears pierced wrong and/or pagan?

I made it because he is a liberal "christian."

His appearance is just an indicator. We are to put on our best for Christ.
His clothing should be appropriate for the position he claims.

Well this isn't a surprise, he has been deeply moved by his father and mother's mutual issues in his life.

    But to say this...

Yeah, Jesus always had the best robes on. He was always worried about his 'appearance"...

You have a point about his liberal stance with scripture, but you do not have one with his appearence, his tatoos or his piercings.

My pastor has two tatoos.. Is he an unGodly man because of it? He hardly ever wears a tie. I even saw him one time preach in a park with shorts on!!

Please admit you're wrong about this one point and let's move on.

    Exactly.

True pastors wear only Tuxedos with tails.
