    So I'm in love with the first voice, the next are nice, bagpipes...well, not my thing but the setting, the way they were used...beautiful! I bookmarked it right then and there to my VERY FAVORITE link, then that part was over and

    BAM!

    WHAT WAS THAT?!

    I'm skeered. I almost fell off the chair, then just busted up laughing.

    That could have been so great if they hadn't RUINED it.

    I don't believe the song was ruined. What sounded like an explosion was unnecessary, but it did get my attention. Personally, although I liked all the voices, I liked the last one best--maybe because I like operatic voices, but I don't like opera. It's also very much the way I sing (I'm not as good as he was), although age and sickness are taking it away. I was in a choir when we did that song without music, and it sent chills through me. I'm not crazy about singing without music, but some songs sound great that way as long as the singers are good. Those four were VERY good in my opinion.

    Very good. Could have done without the bagpipes (I just don't care for them), but still very good.

    I don't like bagpipes either, but they sounded surprisingly good. Of course, it could have been the song he was playing. Still, there are musical instruments I can't tolerate no matter what they play.

    Guess I'm the oddball. I loved the bagpipes and never noticed the guy falling down.

    By the way, something they did really bothered me. Did you notice on the last verse of Amazing Grace, they changed the words? They sang, "When we've been HERE ten thousand years" instead of "when we've been THERE." Do they not believe in heaven? I don't get it.

    Didnt do anything for me at all. Probably my least favorite style of singing on planet earth...is that.

    And I usually LOVE Amazing Grace...in all kinds of genres.

    But not that one. :tonofbricks:
