Do any of you know of any good Baptist books? If so, please name the titles. Thanks
Here is a link to some excellent baptist books and videos by Brother David Cloud. I highly recommend these books for any Christian, not just baptists.
Way of Life Literature
Check out Cloud's book called, "Repentance is MORE than a Sinner's Prayer"
Repentance is a change of mind toward God that results in a change of life.
IABBF, two of the best books by and about Baptists are "This Day in Baptist History" (Vol I, II) by Cummins & Thompson. They are a daily devotional book for the entire year and they provide a great way for those particularly who do not like history (I can't imagine that) to find out about our great Baptist heritage. Each day is a vignette of a person in Baptist history and events of his or her life. Great books!!!
Baptists Around the World, Albert W. Wardin, Jr., Broadman & Holman, 1995
Flowers and Fruits from the Wilderness, Z. N. Morrell, Baylor University Press
Baptist Confessions of Faith, Lumpkin
Dictionary of Baptists in America, Bill J. Leonard, ed., Broadman & Holman (I think)
The Meaning & Use of Baptizein, T. J. Conant, Kregel Publications
R. B. C. Howell on Communion (I can't remember the exact title)
Baptist Church Covenants, DeWeese
Hi. I came to think of one excellent book written by a Particular Baptist named Samuel Richardson. It is "Justification by Christ Alone". It was written in 1647 and the foreword is by William Kiffin. You can find it here..

I would recomment "Desiring God" by John Piper. He may turn out to be the most important English speaking pastor since Jonathan Edwards.
