Have you ever seen that movie? What do you think of it?
Two thumbs down. A big disappointment. I saw it like 20 times in 8th grade. Drove me nuts. Was the only movie we could watch it seemed like. 2 thumbs down Jesse and Jesse.
Our local middle school played it last year at Christmas time just before dismissal for Christmas holiday. The kids loved it.
Hard for them to understand that race was such an issue or that a whole state would be so prejudiced. But they caught the point that race should not matter at all.

From what I understand, sometimes it still goes on.
Same prejudice disguised under a different nationality! That said Loved the movie... Brother Glen

Great movie. The casting was excellent, and the way they openly dealt with issues of the time made it easy to follow while remaining entertaining.
Loved the movie-think I'll watch it tonight...
Filmed at my alma mater Berry College in North Georgia. The most beautiful place in the world.
Pretty good movie all in all.
