Here are the proposed resolutions
I think they are two good resolutions.

2008 Yearbook of American & Canadian Churches lists the GARBC with under 1400 churches and about 132,900 members -a "drop in the bucket" of Baptists in the US
Alliance of Baptists: 100 congregations, 60,000 members
American Baptist Churches USA (ABCUSA): 5,800 congregations, 1.4 million members
Baptist General Convention of Texas: 5,700 congregations, 2.3 million members
Baptist General Association of Virginia (BGAV): 1,400 congregations, 400,000 members

but about 15 - 20 years ago, the GARBC was close to 200,000 members; but many churches pulled out for various reasons. But many of them stayed in fellowship with the State and/or local associations/fellowships
Uh, as far as resolutions go those fall right in line with the resolution thanking the host city for their hospitality. Not a whole lot there.
