Romans 1:19/20

    Does this scripture mean that some one could become a believer and die never hearing of Jesus Christ or the Holy Spirit. Are Pauls remarks directed to the believers or the non believers.

    No, because except a man believe that Jesus is the Son of God he has no part with him

    No. It means that all men everywhere have rejected the law of God, Jew and Gentile alike. Though it was not delivered to the nations in the manner that it was delivered to Israel, the nations know it by nature and still reject it.
