    Good question James. It would be interesting to how liberal Ron Paul rates on the Liberal scale compared to all the other candidates running such as Rudy, Mitt, McCain,and the others . Now I am not a betting man but if I was I would wager that the other candidates in the field are far more liberal than Ron Paul.

    Congressman Ron Paul is a libertarian, not a liberal, not a conservative(at least not of the big spending, warmongering George Bush type), and certainly not a statist.
