Once a Republican apologist, always a Republican apologist. That is a cute trick you do out each side of your mouth. On the one hand you mock someone's post as a lower standard of Christian values than yours, and on the other hand, you support Rush Limbaugh. Smooth move.

Like I said above, oh great history professor, look up the definition for conservative and liberal. Then read the Constitution. When you are done, come back and post some sensible thoughts.

I like Rush and wish him the best of luck in his marriage. He has admitted that he is a difficult person to live with. I hope that he has learned from his past mistakes and will be able to make this one last.

I am embarrassed to say I had no idea he was getting married. I too, love Rush's show, and I wish him and his wife the best.

    Incorrect.

Crabby loves to point out Conservatives/Republicans that are guilty of some moral failing - such as infidelity - but gives a pass on Liberals/Democrats that are guilty of the same.

His excuse is that Conservatives/Republicans are the "party of family values".

He holds Conservatives/Republicans to a different standard because of their values - not his own values.

I am doing the same with Crabby to make the point - I am holding him to his own standards - that being a Christian.

I did not make any comparision between his Christian standards and my own.

I was merely holding him to his.

Not sure what your point is here.

Other than reasserting your self imagined superiority on all matters Constituional.

No need to continue patting yourself on the back.

But tell me - does a conservative dip into the public trough for their health care? Perhaps you could ponder the history of conservative and liberal while you are sitting in the waiting room down at the VA hospital next time.

No, the post is exactly correct. It points out to crystal clarity that you and your liberal so called opponents are in fact one entity. The entity you two oppose is Constitutional government. As far as your comment about the VA hosptial, I have nothing to say except I earned the benefit, by a price more than a no load like you ever imagined. I do not discuss the details, but trust me, I have total distain in this area for those who contributed nothing and complain about those who did.

You make assumptions from nothing on both points concerning me and are zero for two in your conclusions stated above.

You know nothing about me except for what you imagine in your little world of self importance.

And do not want to know you. Anyone who would make remarks like that about veterans is worthless regardless of what I know or do not know.

    Not making remarks about veterans.

    Just pointing out your inconsistency.

You play the constitutional scholar and pontificate about the limited authority of government and how it over reaches that authority.

You pontificate about not relying upon the government for things like health care.

And at the same time you look to the government for the very same.

People who talk and talk and talk as you do - rarely live up to it.

It appears you have never served in the US military - if you have please correct me.

Anyways, just because, a vet is receiving care at the VA, does not mean he is getting it for free. Some do have do pay, and virtually all have to pay for prescriptions. In fact I have cases where the VA told me to get my prescription at a local drug store, because it would be cheaper there.
So please have your facts straight. I think I know, because, I am a service connected vet, and I do have to pay for prescriptions.

Wouldn't know because I prefer to pay my own way.

Nothing against those who use the VA system - I simply choose not to do so.

What you need to point out is that you are the lowest form of humanity to even dare make such a comparison. Veterans earned that right. People who served in the military 20 years earned their retirement, and none of them are getting anything for free from the government. It is the very ones that served that give you the freedom to post your self-serving comments.

Not that it is any of your business, but the above poster is correct. VA care is not free. If you have insurance they charge the insurance company, if not, you pay. I would say anyone who served has earned a more honest living than you, not even knowing what you do, but one thing for sure, whatever it is, it does not take much intelligence.

Very rarely or maybe never have I seen someone stoop to the depths that you have. You are a disgrace to this country and every person who ever took time to defend our freedoms.
