What about Goldwater's? What about the firmer Bush press secretary? What about the past Governor of MN? Their not black, why don't you call them racist for supporting Obama? I just think it's kind of narrow minded to believe race is the only reason Powell could support Obama.

 

He did say so, only not in those exact terms. You have to look at what he actually said and apply a little deductive reasoning to his statements (as I already showed in this thread) to see it. Generally, the others you have mentioned are just RINOs (Republicans in name only). Remember being a Republican and being a Conservative are not one and the same thing. It is clear that by the timing of their endorsements for BHO here at the end of the race were designed do as much damage to the McCain camp as possible. Thank goodness they are a very limited few and their opinions don't amount to a hill of beans to true conservatives.
